摘 要:5G通信技术是目前世界各科技大国竞相角逐的领域,此技术的出现所带来的不仅是更快的下载速度,而且还会以其大规模无线连接及低时延特性,深刻地改变民用通信与军用通信的形态,带来AR、VR、无人驾驶的广泛应用。无线通信系统的不断发展要求新一代滤波器需要同时具备小型化与宽带化特征。本文以中国电科第43研究所LTCC生产线的加工能力为参照,使用Ansoft HFSS设计了一款中心频率在28GHz,外形尺寸为6.8mm×5.0mm×1.0mm的小型化LTCC滤波器。通过同时使用SIW腔体结构与交叉耦合结构,本款LTCC滤波器不仅实现了3GHz的绝对带宽,而且还同时具备良好的带外抑制能力。5G communication technology is a competitive field among the world xs major scientific and technological countries. The emergence of this technology will not only bring faster download speed, but also profoundly change the form of civil and military communications with its large -scale wireless connection and low communication delay, bringing AR, VR and unmanned driving widespread applications. The continuous development of wireless communication systems asks for new generation of filters with both feathers of miniaturization and wideband. In this paper, a kind of LTCC filter is designed with Ansoft HFSS on the assumption that this filter would be manufactured on the LTCC product line of the 43rd Research Institute of CETC. The outline of this filter is 6.8mm×5.0mm×1.0mm, and the center frequency is 28GHz. By the use of SIW cavity structure and cross-couple structure, this kind of filter has not only realized 3GHz absolute pass-band, but also obtained good performance of stop-band at the same time.
