摘　　要：为研究猪精子在17℃负压液态保存时牛磺酸对精子质量的影响,通过在Modena基础稀释液中添加不同剂量的牛磺酸,17℃负压环境下进行猪精液的保存,并利用迈朗全自动精子质量检测仪等仪器检测猪精子质量、精液pH值及精液中H2O2浓度,研究不同浓度牛磺酸对猪精液质量的影响。实验共分5个处理组,即基础稀释液中添加0、2.5、5、7.5、10 mmol·L-1牛磺酸,实验重复4次。结果表明,7.5 mmol·L-1的牛磺酸在精子活力,路径速度上都明显优于其他组(P<0.05);添加牛磺酸后精液的pH值下降缓慢,且精液中H2O2浓度较对照组有不同程度的下降。由以上实验结果可知,从综合指标上看7.5 mmol·L-1的牛磺酸对在17℃负压环境下进行猪精液的保存是有利的,为猪人工授精生产实践中猪精子的保存提供了实验依据。To study the effect of taurine on the quality of boar sperm stored at 17 ℃ under negative pressure,the effect of different concentration of taurine on the quality of boar sperm was explored through adding different doses of taurine to the basic diluent of Modena and preserving at 17 ℃ under negative pressure and analyzing the sperm quality,semen pH and H2 O2 concentration of sperm were measured by Mailang automatic sperm quality detector. The experiment was divided into 5 treatment groups(0,2.5,5,7.5,10 mmol·L-1 taurine were added to the base diluent)and repeated four times.The experimental data showed that7.5 mmol·L-1 taurine was better than other groups in sperm motility and path speed(P <0.05).The pH value of semen decreased slowly,and the concentration of H2 O2 in semen was lower than that without adding group. In conclusion,7.5 mmol·L-1 taurine was beneficial to the preservation of boar sperm under negative pressure environment at 17 ℃ from the comprehensive index. The results provided the experimental basis for the preservation of boar sperm in production practice.
