摘　　要：新中国成立70年来,在党和政府的领导下,新中国社会建设取得了巨大成就:建立并日益健全社会保障体系,全国普遍实行城乡居民最低生活保障,社会保险覆盖范围不断扩大,以家庭为基础、社区为依托、机构为补充的社会福利事业发展格局初步形成;建立并不断完善就业与收入分配制度;教育事业取得跨越式发展,人民群众享有越来越多的受教育机会;构建并不断创新社会治理体系;民众生活发生翻天覆地的变化,人们对日益改善的生活条件和不断提升的生活质量满意度越来越高。新中国70年的社会建设积累了极为宝贵的经验,如要坚持和加强党的领导,要以经济建设为基础,以改善民生为重点,循序渐进、量力而行等。Since the founding of New China for 70 years, under the leadership of the Party and the government, great achievements have been made in social construction in new China: a whole social security system has been established and is increasingly being improved, minimum living standards for urban and rural residents have been generally implemented throughout the country, social insurance coverage has been continuously expanded, the development pattern of social welfare undertakings based on the family, supported by the community and supplemented by institutions has taken initial shape;the employment and income distribution system has been established and continuously improved, education has made great strides, the people have enjoyed more and more educational opportunities;the social governance system has been constructed and innovated constantly;people's lives have undergone earthshaking changes, people's satisfaction degree with the ever-improving living conditions and the everimproving quality of life has become higher and higher. The 70 years of social development in New China have accumulated extremely valuable experience, such as we must uphold and strengthen the leadership of the Party, we must take economic development as the basis and improve people's livelihood as the focus and cany out the work step by step in accordance with our capabilities,etc.
