摘 要:通过GC-MS测定留兰香油的化学组成,21种化合物被鉴定占总油的97.10%。挥发性油中主要成分是香芹酮(65.33%),柠檬油精(18.19%),二氢黄蒿萜酮(2.97%),樟脑萜(2.34%),乙酸二氢香芹酯(1.54%)和β-石竹烯(1.12%)。挥发性油的抗氧化活性是通过DPPH和还原性能力的测定来评定的,这个实验评价了留兰香油的显著抗氧化活性。通过MIC与MBC法研究挥发性油抗5种微生物的功效,来评价其抗菌性能,结果说明了留兰香油在所有微生物实验中的抑菌性和杀菌性的显著功效。The chemical composition of spearmint oil determined by GCMS, 21compounds were identified,representing 97.10% of the total oil.The major compounds in the essential oil were carvone (65.33%), limonene (18.19%),dihydrocarvone (2.97%),camphene (2.34%), dihydrocarvy1 acetate (1.54%) and β-Caryophyllene (1.12%).The antioxidant activity of spearmint oil was assessed by using DPPH and reducing power assays,this experiment showed the obviously antioxidant activity.The antimicrobial activity was investigated in order to evaluate its efficacy against 5 microorganisms using MIC and MBC methods. The results indicated that spearmint oil showed obviously inhibitory and bactericidal effect on all test microorganisms.
