联合毛果芸香碱滴眼液治疗外伤引起房角后退继发性青光眼的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究联合毛果芸香碱滴眼液治疗外伤引起房角后退继发性青光眼的临床疗效。方法回顾性选取2017年1月~2018年9月收治的50例患者共50只患眼作为研究对象,以治疗方式分成两组,对照组(n=25)常规治疗,观察组(n=25)联合毛果芸香碱滴眼液治疗;观察两组眼压、瞳孔变化,比较并发症发生率。结果干预后组间比较,观察组眼压及瞳孔直径均显著小于对照组(t=12.504、10.802,P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率为12%,显著低于对照组的44%(χ^2=6.349,P<0.05)。结论联合毛果芸香碱滴眼液可有效降低眼压、缩小瞳孔直径,并减少并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of combined pilocarpine eye drops in the treatment of secondary glaucoma caused by traumatic angle recession.Methods A total of 50 eyes of 50 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were selected as research objects.They were divided into 2 groups by treatment,the control group(n=25)received conventional treatment,and the observation group(n=25)combined with pilocarpine eye drops.Intraocular pressure and pupil changes were observed in 2 groups,and the incidence of complications was compared.Results After intervention,intraocular pressure and pupil changes were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(t=12.504、10.802,P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was 12%,significantly lower than that in the control group 44%(χ^2=6.349,P<0.05).Conclusion Combined with pilocarpine eye drops can effectively reduce intraocular pressure,reduce pupil diameter,and reduce the incidence of complications.
