摘　　要：在开放获取迅速发展的背景下,开放学术资源已成为重要的科技基础知识资源.本文通过分析中国科学院文献情报中心OAinONE院所协同项目案例,对研究所特色领域资源开放共享的建设流程和建设机制进行剖析,以期为中国科学院研究所乃至其他第三方科研机构开展领域特色资源开放共享建设提供借鉴和参考,从而推进学术资源的开放、共建和共享,实现开放知识资源体系的可持续发展.In the context of the rapid development of open access, the open academic resources have become important basic knowledge of science and technology. This paper has done a research on the workflow and mechanism of open and sharing institute’s resources with subject characteristics, by analyzing OAinONE project developed coordinately by Institutes and National Science Library of Chinese Academy of Sciences, in order to provide references and suggestions on open and sharing more academic resources with subject characteristics, for the institutes of Chinese Academy of Sciences and other third-party scientific research institutions. Drawing on the findings and conclusions of this study, we will promote the openness, co-construction and sharing of academic resources, and realize the sustainable development of an open knowledge resource system in the future.
