摘　　要：完善自主创新技术转移机制,对促进技术进步、调整产业结构、推动经济协调发展有着重要意义。对如何把握创新的资源优势和技术市场优势,建立完善有利于武汉市自主创新的技术转移机制作了深入分析,并提出了相应对策。To establish the technology transfer mechanism which is conducive to the technological innovation of Wuhan city is very important for industrial restructuring and development of the economy.This article makes a detailed analysis on how to grasp the source of innovation and advantage of technology market to establish the technology transfer mechanism,and some corresponding countermeasures are given.
