摘 要:“双师双能”师资队伍是实现优质高职院校建设的必要条件之一。高职院校“双师双能”师资队伍建设路径包括“名师名匠”引领、校企合作推动、教育大数据助力、技能大赛促进等。此外,还需从教师培训体系、评价制度、激励机制等方面提供支撑。The construction of"Dual Teachers and Dual Abilities"teaching staff is one of the necessary conditions to realize the construction of high-quality vocational colleges.In High-quality Vocational Colleges,the talent chain’s construction path of"Dual Teachers and Dual Abilities"may include"famous teachers and craftsmen"leading,school-enterprise cooperation,teachers'self-improvement under the big data of education,and teachers'growth under the guidance of competition.In addition,higher vocational colleges also need to provide good mechanism and system support for the construction of"Dual Teachers and Dual Abilities"teachers from the aspects of teacher training system,evaluation system and incentive mechanism.
