摘　　要：目的对处方中冰片药材和β-环糊精包合工艺进行考察,取得质量稳定、优质的包合物。方法采用L9(34)正交试验优化,取最优结果对其“包合物用量”等因素进行考察。结果最佳工艺为冰片与包合物β-环糊精用量比例为1:1,加10倍量水,包合温度40℃。Study on Enclosure process of the ratio of borneol to β-cyclodextrin in the prescription to obtain a good and steady quality of Inclusion compound. Method: The L9 (34) orthogonal test was used to optimize the results, and the factors such as “Coating dosage” were investigated. Result: The best process is The ratio of borneol to inclusion compound β-cyclodextrin is 1:1, adding 10 times the amount of water, extracting temperature 40 degrees Celsius.
