摘　　要：目的探究利多卡因混合右美托咪定在局麻下下颌第三磨牙拔除术中的应用效果。方法将于我院进行下颌第三磨牙拔除术的80例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组给予利多卡因局部麻醉,观察组给予利多卡因混合右美托咪定局部麻醉。比较两组的麻醉效果。结果观察组的麻醉起效、维持时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。麻醉后30min,观察组Ramsay评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。拔牙后30、60min,观察组患者VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论利多卡因混合右美托咪定应用于下颌第三磨牙拔除术中,麻醉镇静效果显著,能够有效缓解患者疼痛,且安全性较高,值得临床用推广。Objective To explore the application effect of lidocaine mixed with dexmedetomidine in extraction of mandibular third molar under local anesthesia. Methods Eighty patients who underwent extraction of mandibular third molar in our hospital were divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group were given local anesthesia with lidocaine, the observation group were given local anesthesia with lidocaine mixed with dexmedetomidine. The effects of anesthesia were compared between the two groups.Results The onset and duration time of anesthesia in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). At 30 minutes after anesthesia, the Ramsay score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). At 30 and 60 minutes after tooth extraction, the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two group (P>0.05). Conclusion Lidocaine mixed with dexmedetomidine has a significant sedative effect in the extraction of mandibular third molar. It can effectively alleviate the pain of patients, and has high safety. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
