卵巢癌手术切除组织中SOCS-3表达情况及其与病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的分析细胞因子信号传导抑制蛋白-3(SOCS-3)在卵巢癌手术切除组织中的表达及其与病理特征的关系。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的68例卵巢癌患者作为研究对象,检测卵巢癌手术切除组织及癌旁组织中SOCS-3的表达情况,并探讨SOCS-3的表达与病理特征的关系。结果卵巢癌组织中的SOCS-3表达量明显低于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。卵巢癌Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、中~高分化、无淋巴结转移的卵巢癌组织中SOCS-3的表达量分别高于卵巢癌Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、低分化、有发生淋巴结转移的卵巢癌组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SOCS-3的表达减少与卵巢癌的发生、发展有关,可作为评估卵巢癌预后的生物学标志。Objective To analyze the expression of cytokine signal transduction inhibitor protein-3 (SOCS-3) in ovarian cancer resected tissues and its relationship with pathological characteristics. Methods A total of 68 patients with ovarian cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as detected objects. The expression of SOCS-3 in ovarian cancer resected tissues and adjacent tissues were dected, and the relationship between the expression of SOCS-3 and pathological characteristics were explored. Results The expression of SOCS-3 in the ovarian cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in the adjacent tissues (P<0.05). The expression of SOCS-3 in Ⅰ~Ⅱ stage, moderately^highly differentiation and non-lymph node metastasis ovarian cancer tissues were higher than those in Ⅲ~Ⅳ stage, poorly differentiation and lymph node metastasis ovarian cancer tissues (P<0.05). Conclusion The decrease of SOCS-3 expression is related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer, which can be used as a biomarker to evaluate the prognosis of ovarian cancer.
