摘 要:船舶在航行过程中振动与噪声是当前急待解决的一个难题,而研究船舶轴系、艉轴架和船体之间相互耦合、相互作用对减小振动和噪声有很大帮助。为此,采用有限元法构建一个推进轴系一艉部耦合系统有限元模型,分析在不同转速的激励下对轴系振幅等特性的影响,分别归纳了艉部结构系统固有频率、艉轴架固有频率对轴系振动特性的影响。同时考虑了艉部结构、艉轴架与轴承支承耦合刚度对轴系振动的影响。实验结果证明,考虑艉部结构与艉轴架的影响之后,推进轴系一艉部结构耦合系统的振动特性发生了较大改变,耦合程度受艉部结构和艉轴架的固有频率影响较大,轴系的最大振幅随艉部结构、艉轴架与轴承支承耦合刚度的变化而发生改变。In the process of navigation,ship vibration and noise are problems that needs to be urgently solved.The study of ship shafting,the coupling between the stern frame and hull interaction is of great help to reduce vibration and noise.Therefore,the construction of a shafting finite element model of the coupling system of a stern impact analysis by finite element method.The vibration characteristics at different speed under the excitation of a summary of the natural frequency of the stern shaft bracket structure system,effect of natural frequency on the vibration characteristics,and the two are coupled to discuss the overall effects on shafting vibration.Meanwhile the effects of the stern structure,shaft bracket and the bearing coupling stiffness on the shaft vibration are also considered.The experimental results show that,after considering the stern structure and stern frame effect,promoting the vibration characteristic of the shafting a stern structure coupling system is greatly changed.The degree of coupling by stern frame structure and the effect of the natural frequency is larger,and the maximum amplitude of the shaft with the stern structure,change of stern shaft frame and bearing coupling stiffness change.
