摘 要:受矿岩遇水泥化、井下酸性污水多等客观因素影响,深部铜矿巷道内铲运机运行路面条件极差,影响了多型号铲运机出矿效率。在充分认识铲运机运行原理和铲运机在静止、行驶、铲装时的受力状况的基础上,对路基内部受力和路基表面应力与变形进行了分析,完成了路面材料的弹性理论设计和刚塑性理论设计,确定了矿山井下铲运机路面强度和结构,为井下路面材料的研究和制备工艺提供了理论基础。计算得出矿山所需铲运机路面强度应大于1.4MPa,利用多种不同类型的采场废石和胶凝剂,构建多种不同强度的新型人工废石混凝土铲运机路面。事实证明,提倡“多修路,少修车”理念,在井下就地取材,修筑人工废石混凝土铲运机路面,是从根本上提高深部铜矿无轨机械化出矿效率的重要途径。Influenced by the fact that the ore rock is easily muddy and there is more underground acid sewage,the condition of underground LHD road in Shenbu copper mine is extremely poor,which affects the mining efficiency of LHD.Based on the principle of the operation of the LHD and the full understanding of the force of the LHD during stationary,driving,and shovel loading,the internal stress and deformation of the road are analyzed,the elastic theoretical design and rigid plastic theory design of pavement materials are completed,and the strength and structure of the LHD road are determined.After calculating the LHD road strength required by Shenbu copper mine must be greater than 1.4 MPa,a variety of new LHD roads build by different types of stope waste rock,different gelling agents,and within different strengths is prepared.Facts have proved that it is an important way to fundamentally improve mechanized trackless mining efficiency in Shenbu copper mine by advocating the concept that multiple road repairs and less LHD repairs.
