摘  要:职业教育集团化办学已成为我国职业教育多元主体办学的重要实践形式。尽管目前职业教育集团(以下简称职教集团)办学在制度建设、人才培养质量、服务能力等方面已取得了一些成效,但运行机制不够完善,影响集团化办学的稳定、持续、健康发展。如何建立有效的运行机制让成员单位真正实现互动共赢,并确保可持续发展,则是一个值得普遍关注和共同商榷的问题。Vocational education group has become an important form of practice for the multi-agents of vocational education in China. Although the current vocational education group has achieved some results in terms of system construction, quality of personnel training, and service capabilities, the operational mechanism is not perfect enough, which affects the stable, sustained and healthy development of grouprun schools. How to establish an effective operation mechanism to enable member units to truly achieve mutual benefit and ensure sustainable development is a problem that deserves universal attention and common discussion.
