摘  要:根结线虫是马铃薯的重要有害生物,抗性品种利用是控制根结线虫最经济有效和环境友好的途径。2018年4—7月采用田间小区试验,测定了9个马铃薯品种对南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)的抗性。结果显示,马铃薯播种后35、60、90 d,所有品种根系对南方根结线虫均表现为感病,虫瘿形成均趋加重,根系平均病情指数分别为30.5(21.1~46.7)、63.9(50.0~74.4)和82.0(70.0~90.0),抗性分属‘低感-中感-高感’的品种数量分别依次为‘6-3-0’、‘0-3-6’和‘0-0-9’。播种后60 d和90 d,每个品种一定比例的块茎对根结线虫表现为感病,虫瘿形成呈大幅度加重趋势,块茎平均病情指数分别为25.6(14.0~47.3)和60.1(42.7~84.0),抗性分属‘低感-中感-高感’的品种数量分别依次为‘6-3-0’和‘0-6-3’。不同品种在根系和块茎发病程度的相关性上存在差异,但随着病害的进一步加剧,两者的正相关关系趋于增强。总体来看‘荷兰15’受害较轻,‘冀张薯8号’和‘H7’受侵染重。结果表明,9个马铃薯品种均易感南方根结线虫,在一定区域和栽培模式下马铃薯根结线虫病存在严重发生的风险。Root knot nematode(RKN,Meloidogyne spp.)is an important pest on potato,and the use of resistant cultivars is one of the most economical,effective and environmentally friendly ways to control RKN.From April to July in 2018,a field plot trial was carried out in greenhouse to detect resistance of nine potato cultivars to M.incognita.The results showed that,at 35 d,60 d and 90 d posterior to potato sowing,the roots of the potato cultivars were all infected by RKN;the gall formation on root tended to aggravate with the disease indices of 30.5(21.1~46.7),63.9(50.0~74.4)and 82.0(70.0~90.0),respectively,and the numbers of the cultivars identified as‘low-middle-high’leveled susceptibility were‘6-3-0’,‘0-3-6’and‘0-0-9’in the order,respectively.At 60 d and 90 d posterior to potato sowing,a certain proportion of tubers of every potato cultivar were susceptible to RKN,the gall formation on tuber tended to aggravate with the disease indices of 25.6(14.0~47.3)and 60.1(42.7~84.0),respectively,and the numbers of the cultivars identified as‘low-middle-high’leveled susceptibility were‘6-3-0’and‘0-6-3’in the order,respectively.There were differences in correlation between root and tuber disease degrees of the tested cultivars.But along with the disease aggravating,positive correlation between them tended to be enhanced.On the whole,the cultivar‘Helan 15’was less damaged,and‘Jizhangshu 8’and‘H7’were severely infected.The results suggested that all the tested potato cultivars were easily susceptible to M.incognita,and the risk of the severe occurrence of potato knot root nematode existed,especially in/under certain regions and cultivation models.
