摘  要:目的 观察左旋丁基苯酞灌胃联合高压氧治疗后缺氧缺血性脑损伤小鼠脑组织勿动蛋白-66(Nogo-66)、勿动蛋白-66受体(NgR)、神经丝蛋白(NFP)表达情况.方法 选用SPF级新生11 d的KM小鼠80只,随机分为观察组和对照组各40只,采用右侧颈总动脉结扎—浸入低氧环境的方式制备HIBI模型,制模后第1天观察组小鼠灌胃给予左旋丁基苯酞及采用高压氧舱治疗,对照组不作特殊处理,比较两组制模后1、3、5、7、10天脑组织勿动蛋白-66(Nogo-66)、勿动蛋白-66受体(NgR)、神经丝蛋白(NFP).结果 与对照组比较,观察组制模后1、3、5、7、10天Nogo-66、NgR、NFP表达升高(P均<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组1、3、5、7、10天NFP表达升高(P<0.05).结论 左旋丁基苯酞灌胃联合高压氧治疗1、3、5、7、10天后缺氧缺血性脑损伤小鼠脑组织Nogo-66、NgR表达下降,NFP表达升高.Objective To investigate the expression of Nogo-66 , Nogo-66 receptor (NgR), and neurofilament protein (NFP) in hypoxic-ischemic brain injury (HIBI) mice treated with L-butylphthalide combined with hyperbaric oxygen chamber. Methods Eighty KM newborn 11 -day-old mice of SPF grade were selected to establish HIBI models by ligation of right common carotid artery and immersion in hypoxic environment. All mice were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group, with 40 mice in each group. The mice in the control group were successfully modeled without special treatment. The mice in the experimental group were treated with L-butylphthalide combined with hyperbaric oxygen chamber. The levels of Nogo-66, NgR and NFP were compared between the two groups at 1, 3, 5, 7 and 10 days after the model establishment. Results Compared with the control group, the expression levels of Nogo-66, NgR, and NFP increased in the observation group at 1 , 3, 5, 7 and 10 days after molding (all P < 0. 05). Compared with the control group, NFP expression increased in the observation group at 1, 3 , 5 , 7 and 10 days ( all P <0.05). Conclusion After 1, 3 , 5 , 7, 10 days of L-butylphthalide combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment, the expression levels of Nogo-66, NgR, and NFP in the brain tissues of HIBI mice decrease.
