大柴胡汤治疗窦型慢性根尖周炎40例

摘　　要：目的:探讨大柴胡汤治疗窦型慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者按就诊顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例,对照组使用奥硝唑合剂联合樟脑酚棉球暂封治疗,观察组在对照组基础上服用大柴胡汤,比较2组复查时探诊深度及探诊出血情况,干预前后美学指数评分,并发症情况,以及治疗成功比例。结果:观察组复查时探诊深度浅于对照组(P<0.05),探诊出血位点少于对照组(P<0.05)。美学指数评分治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症发生率、治疗成功率观察组分别为7.5%、95.0%,对照组分别为27.5%、70.0%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大柴胡汤治疗窦型慢性根尖周炎能有效提高局部病灶控制情况,改善牙齿外观,提高整体疗效,且安全性高。Objective: To discuss clinical effects of Dachaihu decoction in the treatment for sinus chronic periapical periodontitis. Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group according to the visiting order, 40 cases each group, the control group were treated by ornidazole mixture and temporary seal with phenocamphor cotton ball, and the observation group took Dachaihu decoction based on the therapy of the control group, to compare the probing depth between both groups when reexamining and the probing bleeding conditions, aesthetic index scores before and after the interventions, the incidences of the complications and the ratio of therapeutic success. Results: The observation group was lower than the control group in probing depth when reexamining(P<0.05), less than the control group in probing bleeding site(P<0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in aesthetic index scores within two groups before and after treating(P<0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups after treating(P<0.05). The incidence of the complications and therapeutic success rates of the observation group were 7.5% and 95.0% respectively, lower than 27.50% and 70.0% of the control group, and the difference could be found(P<0.05). Conclusion: Dachaihu decoction in the treatment for sinus chronic periapical periodontitis could effectively raise the controlling conditions of local lesion, improve tooth appearance and lift overall curative effects with high safety.
