摘　　要：通过分析、概括近年来相关文献,就Runx3基因在骨肉瘤中的表达及其对骨肉瘤细胞生物学功能的影响进行综述,旨在为相关基础研究、临床诊疗提供一定的借鉴和参考。By analyzing and summarizing the related papers in the recent years, the expressions of Runx3 gene in osteosarcoma and its influence on biological behavior of tumor cells were reviewed in the wish of providing the certain reference for the related basic study, clinical diagnosis and treatment.
