摘　　要：目的:建立维E三油胶丸中EPA-E和DHA-E含量测定方法。方法:采用气相色谱法,色谱柱为DB-WΑX(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm毛细管柱;柱温250℃;FID检测器;进样口温度和检测器温度为290℃;进样量1μL;分流比为10︰1。结果:EPA-E在0.02900~0.5800 mg·mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),DHA-E在0.05425~1.085mg·mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);EPA-E回收率为97.69%(n=9,RSD=1.2%),DHA-E回收率为99.50%(n=9,RSD=0.89%),总回收率为98.79%(n=9,RSD=0.68%)。结论:建立的方法简便、快速、准确可靠,可用于维E三油胶丸中EPA-E和DHA-E的定量测定。Objective: To establish a method to determine the EPA-E and DHA-E inVitmain E and Three Oils Soft Capsules. Method: GC method was used, column was DB-WAX (30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm), column temperature 250℃;FID detector;inlet temperature and detector temperature 290℃;volume of injection was 1μL;and the shunt ratio 10∶1. Results: Good linearity was shown for EPA-E in the concentration range of 0.02900~0.5800 mg·mL^-1(R=0.9998), Good linearity was shown for DHA-E in the concentration range of 0.05425~1.085 mg·mL^-1 (R=0.9998), EPA-E recovery rate was 97.69 %(n=9, RSD=1.2 %), DHA-E recovery rate was 99.50%(n=9, RSD=0.89%)and the total recovery rate was 98.79%(n=9, RSD=0.68%). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used for Determination of EPA-E and DHA-E inVitmain E and Three Oils Soft Capsules.
