摘  要:利用SiO2气凝胶的吸附性能分别与催化剂(高岭土、强碱性苯乙烯系阴离子交换树脂)、固相萃取柱(C18硅胶基质、NH2固相萃取柱)单独结合,再与催化剂、固相萃取柱结合研究提高SiO2气凝胶对白酒异嗅的吸附处理。结果表明,SiO2气凝胶与催化剂直接结合对白酒中异嗅化合物吸附性下降,而在制备SiO2气凝胶阶段添加高岭土较添加强碱性苯乙烯系阴离子交换树脂制备的附着催化剂的SiO2气凝胶对丁酸乙酯、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、乙醛的吸附效果更好;SiO2气凝胶分别与C18硅胶基质固相萃取柱、NH2固相萃取柱结合对白酒中不同的化合物吸附效果均有所提高;制备阶段添加催化剂制备的SiO2气凝胶与固相萃取柱结合对白酒中的丁酸乙酯、异戊醇、正丁醇、乙缩醛、异丁醇、乙酸乙酯、正丙醇、甲醛的吸附效果有了明显提高,且附着催化剂的SiO2气凝胶与C18硅胶基质固相萃取柱结合对白酒异嗅的吸附效果优于与NH2固相萃取柱结合的吸附效果。In the experiments, the absorption performance of off-odors in Baijiu by silica aerogel, combined with catalysts (kaolin and high-grade strongly styrenic anion-exchange resin), solid phase extraction columns (C18/NH2 solid phase extraction column), and catalysts and solid phase extraction columns respectively, was explored. The results showed that, the absorption performance of silica aerogel in combination with catalyst decreased. However, the addition of kaolin in the preparation of silica aerogel had better absorption effects of ethyl butyrate, N-butanol, ethyl acetate, and acetaldehyde than that with the addition of high-grade strongly styrenic anion- exchange resin. Silica aerogel in combination with C18 column or NH2 column had better absorption effects of different compounds in Baijiu. The addition of catalysts in the preparation of silica aerogel combined with solid phase extraction columns could significantly improve its absorption efficiency of ethyl butyrate, isoamyl alcohol, N-butanol, acetel, isobutanol, ethyl acetate, n-propanol, and formaldehyde. Silica aerogel attached to catalyst in combination with C18 solid phase extraction column had better absorption effects than that in combination with NH2 solid phase extraction column.
