摘 要:王希萍校长率领的教育团队对劳动教育的内涵、作用、组织方式的理解和探索,随国家劳育政策以及团队对劳育作用的认识而经历了若干变化。她用“三结合”的力量确保劳动教育的实施效果:一是学校设计要求、指导、检查、评价家长的方式,以使家长能切实担任好每一个孩子的劳动教育指导教师;二是寻找、说服能够提供劳动教育实践机会的单位或组织,开发出系列特色劳动课程;三是学校把劳动教育整合进校本课程、素质拓展课社团活动和日常岗位维护等课程和活动中。王希萍校长40年的劳动教育实践表明,劳育有助于培养学生的创新能力、自强自立能力、了解和适应社会的能力、关心的能力以及社会责任感。The understanding and exploration of the connotation,role and organization of labor education by Principal Wang Xiping and her team has undergone a number of changes with the development of national policy of labor education.She ensures the implementation of labor education with the help of “Three Combinations(the combination of school,family and community)”:Firstly,the school faculty designs the detailed requirements parents should do to teach their kid basic housework;Secondly,persuade the social institutions to provide labor opportunities for students;thirdly,schools should integrate labor education into school-based curriculum,quality development courses,and community activities.40 years of labor education practice by Wang Xiping has shown that labor education helps to cultivate students' innovative,self-reliance,understanding others and caring ability and social responsibility.
