摘　　要：学生干部队伍在高校学生管理工作中起着非常重要的作用。新升本高校的学生干部队伍建设在学生干部的选拔、培养与考核等方面均存在着较为严重的问题。新升本高校需要加强对学生干部的理想信念教育,建立符合本校实际的学生干部选拔机制,重视学生干部的培养,完善学生干部考核体系。The student cadre team plays a very important role in the management of college students.In the transition period of newly upgraded colleges,the construction of student cadres in these colleges has serious problems in the selection,training and assessment of student cadres.To solve these problems,newly upgraded colleges need to strengthen the education of ideals and beliefs for student cadres,establish a realistic student cadre selection mechanism,attach importance to the training of student cadres,and improve the assessment system for student cadres.
