习近平主政浙江时期绿色发展理论与实践研究

摘　　要：浙江绿色发展的理论与实践,是习近平生态文明思想的重要实践基础和理论来源。习近平主政浙江时期,在领导浙江人民绿色发展的施政中,坚持问题导向,统筹顶层设计,强化内生动力,推动生产生活方式的转变与生态修复、环境治理,加强制度保障体系的构建,探索形成了必须牢固树立人与自然生命共同体意识、尊崇自然规律、统筹推进人与自然永续发展的以“社会革命”等为核心内容的“两山”理念,创新发展了马克思主义生态文明理论。The theory and practice of green development in Zhejiang Province is an important practical basis and theoretical source of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought. During the period of governing Zhejiang Province, Xi Jinping insisted on problem orientation, scientific top level design, strengthened endogenous motive force, promoted the transformation of production and lifestyle, ecological restoration, environmental governance, and strengthened the construction of system guarantee system in the administration of leading the green development of Zhejiang people. In practice, he explored and formed the necessity of firmly establishing human and natural life. The core content of the concept of “Two Mountains” is the consciousness of life community, the respect for natural law, and the “social revolution” which promotes the sustainable development of man and nature. It innovates and develops the Marxist theory of ecological civilization.
