靛胭脂染色在早期胃癌及癌前病变诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的了解靛胭脂染色在早期胃癌及癌前病变中的应用价值,以提高早期胃癌的诊断率。方法采集我院胃镜室2015年12月6日至2016年11月6日胃镜检查的内镜资料220例,对照组110例内镜下直接取可疑组织病理活检,染色组110例靛胭脂染色后对异常区进行病理活检,对比两组患者内镜下的早期胃癌及癌前病变的诊断率。结果靛胭脂染色有利于确定病灶范围,对照组110例中,病理结果为高级别上皮内瘤变、黏膜内癌1例(0.91%);染色组110例中,病理结果为高级别上皮内瘤变、黏膜内癌共8例(7.27%),染色组高于对照组(P=0.018)。结论靛胭脂染色可提高早期胃癌及癌前病变的诊断率,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the value of indigo carmine staining in early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions,so as to improve the diagnosis rate of early gastric cancer.Methods The endoscopy data of 220 cases of gastroscopy from Dec.6,2015 to Nov.6,2016 in our hospital were collected.110 cases in the control group were directly taken suspicious histopathological biopsy under endoscopy.110 cases in the dyeing group were taken pathological biopsy of abnormal areas after indigo carmine staining.The diagnostic rates of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions under endoscopy were compared in the two groups.Results Indigo carmine staining was helpful to determine the extent of the lesion.In the control group,the pathological results were high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia and intramucosal cancer in 1 case(0.91%).In the dyeing group,the pathological results were high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia and intramucosal cancer in 8 cases(7.27%).The staining group was higher than the control group(P=0.018).Conclusion Indigo carmine staining can improve the diagnosis rate of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions,worth for clinical application.
