军民融合式海军士官技能文化建设的探索与实践

摘　　要：海军士官技能培养离不开士官技能文化的熏陶,本文针对海军士官培养,探索以“立足专业特质、立足行业文化和立足工匠精神”为原则,通过“职业教育与军事教育相结合、海员职业标准与士官岗位标准相结合、军事文化与航海文化相结合和实操训练与技能比赛相结合”等措施,培育海军士官技能文化,发挥文化育人作用。Skill culture cultivation is an important role in skills training of navy sergeants.Based on specialty features,industrial culture and craftsman spirit,skill culture cultivation among navy sergeants can be carried out by combining vocational education with military training,seafarer’s occupational standard with sergeant’s post standard,military culture with navigation culture,skills training with skills competition,,etc.It is hoped that the cultural construction can help improve talents training quality.
