伏立康唑致视觉障碍1例

摘　　要：1例33岁男性糖尿病患者,因发热、腹胀入院。因肺部真菌感染给予伏立康唑片(200mg,q12h)口服抗真菌治疗,用药3d后出现视物有黑条状黑影。进行血药浓度监测,显示伏立康唑血药浓度7.53mg·L^-1,减量10d后,不良反应消失,伏立康唑血药浓度降至1.96mg·L^-1。A 33-year-old male patient with diabetes was hospitalized mainly because of fever and abdominal distension. The patient was treated with voriconazole tablets (200 mg, q 12 h) for antifungal therapy. Three days later, the patient complained of dark strip shadow when looking at something. The blood concentration of voriconazole was 7.53 mg·L^-1. At the 10th day after the dose reduction of voriconazole, the above adverse reactions disappeared and the blood concentration of voriconazole dropped to 1.96 mg·L^-1.
