摘　　要：目的:分析maniK锉与ProTaper镍钛锉预备根管成形能力。方法:选取2015年7月至2019年4月收治的136例下颌第一磨牙急性牙髓炎患者进行研究,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用maniK锉,观察组采用ProTaper镍钛锉,比较根管预备前后弯曲度、预备时间、充填质量及并发症发生情况。结果:预备后两组患者根管弯曲度均明显低于预备前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但预备前后,两组间根管弯曲度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组操作时间为(6.85±1.97)min,对照组操作时间为(14.27±3.14)min,两组患者操作时间比较差异有统计学意义(t=16.507,P<0.05)。观察组充填成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ProTaper镍钛锉充填效果及操作时间均优于maniK锉,且安全性好。Objective: To investigate the root canal forming ability between Mani K file and ProTaper Ni-Ti file. Methods: From July 2015 to April 2019,136 patients with acute pulpitis of mandibular first molars were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with mani K file and the observation group was treated with ProTaper nickel titanium file.The curvature,preparation time,filling quality and complications before and after root canal preparation were compared. Results: The root canal curvature of the two groups after preparation was significantly lower than that before preparation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant of the two groups difference in root canal curvature before and after preparation(P>0.05). The operating time of the observation group was(6.85±1.97)min,the operating time of the control group was(14.27±3.14)min,and there was significant difference between the two groups(t<16.507,P<0.05). The success rate of filling in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The filling effect and operation time of ProTaper nickeltitanium file are better than that of mani K file,and the safety is good.
