摘  要:目的:研究分析中药烫疗联合物理治疗护理措施应用于后循环缺血性眩晕的效果。方法:回顾性分析我院于2016年7月-2018年12月收治的后循环缺血性眩晕患者110例进行观察,按照入院时间分为两组,每组分配各55例,给予对照组患者采用常规治疗和普通护理,而观察组患者采取中药烫疗联合物理治疗进行护理干预,评价对比两组患者治疗后的眩晕症状改善情况、治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后的效果明显优于对照组,其各种眩晕症状情况评分均比对照组的评分低,各指标比较差异有研究意义,P<0.05。结论:对临床治疗后循环缺血性眩晕采用中药烫疗联合物理治疗对改善患者的临床病症具有积极效果,此护理干预值得推广应用。Objective:To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine scald therapy combined with physical therapy nursing measures on posterior circulation ischemic vertigo. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 110 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to December 2018 was performed. The patients were divided into two groups according to the admission time, with 55 cases in each group, the control group received conventional treatment and general nursing, and the patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine scalding combined with physical therapy, the improvement of vertigo symptoms and treatment effects after treatment were evaluated. Results: The effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. The scores of various vertigo symptoms were lower than those of the control group. The difference of the indexes was significant, P < 0.05. Conclusion: The application of traditional Chinese medicine scald combined with physical therapy has a positive effect on relieving the clinical symptoms of patients in the clinical treatment of ischemic vertigo. This nursing intervention is worthy of popularization and application.
