新制柴连汤联合西药治疗肝经风热型前葡萄膜炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:前葡萄膜炎(肝经风热型)应用新制柴连汤与西药联合治疗效果观察。方法:选取2017年12月-2018年12月本院诊治前葡萄膜炎(肝经风热型)80例患者,按照随机数字表方法分两组,对照组予西医常规药物,研究组予新制柴连汤与西药联合方案,分析两组临床效果、免疫指标情况。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率97.50%比对照组80.00%高,比较差异具有统计意义(P<0.05);且研究组补体C3(1.30±0.16)g/L、IgA(3.23±0.26)g/L及IgG(13.24±1.23)g/L比对照组低,比较差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:前葡萄膜炎(肝经风热型)应用新制柴连汤与西药联合治疗,能提高临床效果,改善机体免疫指标情况,具一定临床应用价值。Objective: To observe the effect of combination of Xinzhi Chailian Decoction (新制柴连汤)and western medicine in the treatment of wind-heat type of liver preuveitise. Methods: Eighty patients with wind-heat type of liver preuveitise were enrolled in our hospital from December of 2017 to December of 2018. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table. The control group was given conventional medicine of western medicine. The combination of Xinzhi Chailian Decoction and western medicine was given to the study group. The clinical effects and immune indicators of the two groups were analyzed. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%, which was higher than that of the control group (80.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The study group had complement C3 (1.30±0.16) g/L and IgA (3.23±0.26) g/L and IgG (13.24±1.23) g/L, which were were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of the Xinzhi Chailian Decoction combined with western medicine can improve the clinical effect and improve the body's immune index in the treatment of wind-heat type of liver preuveitise, and it has certain clinical application value.
