益气养阴化瘀汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(气阴两虚、胃络瘀血型)的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴化瘀汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(气阴两虚、胃络瘀血型)的临床疗效。方法:择取2017年1-12月期间本院接收的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者60例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组30例和观察组30例,对照组实施常规西医治疗,观察组在西医治疗基础上进行中医益气养阴化瘀汤加减治疗。将两组慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床积分、临床疗效、血清氧化应激指标以及不良反应发生情况进行比对。结果:观察组慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗后的中医症状总积分、胃镜镜下表现积分、胃黏膜病理组织学积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-px)高于对照组,丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:慢性萎缩性胃炎(气阴两虚、胃络瘀血型)患者采用益气养阴化瘀汤加减治疗的效果较为理想,有助于临床症状、氧化应激状态的改善,安全性较高。Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the Yiqi Yangyin Huayu decoction(益气养阴化瘀汤)on chronic atrophic gastritis of the Qiyin Liangxu,Weiluo Yuxue type(气阴两虚、胃络瘀血型).Methods:January to December 2017,60 cases were divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each.The control group was given conventional western medicine;and the observation group was given the Yiqi Yangyin Huayu decoction more.Results:After treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms,the scores under gastroscope and the histopathological scores of gastric mucosa in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SOD and GSH-Px in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the MDA was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Yangyin Huayu decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis of the Qiyin Liangxu Weiluo Yuxue type shows good effects,can improve clinical symptoms and oxidative stress.
