摘  要:试验装置的运行精度是保证实验数据接近真实值的重要条件,直流电机作为油膜轴承试验台的关键设备,其转速的控制精度非常重要。为了提高直流电机的控制精度,本文选用模糊PID控制策略对试验台电机的转速进行无极调节。进行了针对传统PID控制、模糊PID控制仿真的比对分析。仿真结果表明:模糊PID控制的伺服系统具有更高的控制精度和静态性能、更好的动态响应速度和更低的超调量,更能满足该试验台的需求;使用S7-300PLC编程语言SCL完成了控制方法的PLC程序设计,实现了模糊-PID控制策略在试验台上的应用,结果表明:该策略的应用对转速控制性能有很大提升。As the key device of journal bearing test rig,the speed control precision of DC motor is vital to the operation precision of test rig. In order to improve the operation precision of test rig,the simulation model on Fuzzy-PID speed control system of journal bearing test rig is built by combining Fuzzy control and PID control. The traditional PID control and Fuzzy-PID control are comparatively analyzed using SIMULINK software. The simulation results show that the servo system controlled by Fuzzy-PID has higher control precision,more superior static performance,better dynamic response speed and lower overshoot. Meanwhile,such Fuzzy-PID control could better meet the operation precision requirements of test rig,the corresponding PLC program using SCL was given,and the Fuzzy-PID control strategy on test rig has been applied. The results show that precision of control system and the comprehensive performance have been improved significantly.
