摘  要:为迎合消费与政策需求,开发混合动力架构新工作模式,提高混合动力汽车的整体性能,对行业主流的3种混合动力系统架构及其优劣势进行对比分析,引入搭载高压皮带启动发电机(BSG)的新一代混动架构,并对其高压BSG、新的工作模式进行研究.结果表明,该混合动力总成新架构在动力性、经济性、平顺性、NVH等关键性能上较上一代产品均有明显提升,且明显高于行业水平,能够实现节约油耗,提高燃油经济性的目的.In order to meet the demand of consumption and policy, develop a new working mode of hybrid power architecture and improve the overall performance of hybrid electric vehicles, three mainstream hybrid power system architectures and their advantages and disadvantages are compared and analyzed. A new generation hybrid architecture with high voltage belt driven starter generator (BSG) is introduced, and its high voltage BSG and new working mode are studied. The results show that the new architecture of the hybrid powertrain has significantly improved the power, economy, ride comfort, NVH and other key performance compared with the previous generation of products, and all of them are significantly higher than the industry level, which can achieve the purpose of saving fuel consumption and improving fuel economy.
