美味牛肝菌栽培种培养成功初报

摘　　要：培养美味牛肝菌栽培种,适时回接柞树幼苗,培育成菌根化柞苗,用于新建或补植柞园,能够提高柞园生产力,改善柞园生态环境。本文介绍了JMF培养基营养液的制备过程,进行了不同pH的美味牛肝菌菌丝培养试验。调查发现,pH值4.5~8.0下美味牛肝菌的菌丝均能生长,菌丝长满培养袋需要30~50d。The mycorrhizal oak seedlings cultivated by timely connection of tussah seedlings whose variety was Boletus edulis are used to build or replant tussah orchard to improve its productivity and ecological environment.In this paper,the preparation process of JMF medium nutrient solution was introduced,and experiments on the cultivation of boletus mycelium at different pH were carried out.The results showed that the mycelium of boletus can grow at pH 4.5 ~ 8.0,and it took 30 to 50 days for the mycelium to fill the culture bag.
