盾构隧道轨下结构同步预制施工技术的研究

摘　　要：为推进盾构回填一体化施工工艺,特针对盾构隧道轨下结构同步预制施工技术进行研究。结合铁路领域全国首次轨下结构同步预制项目,论文详细总结了轨下预制块施工组织、钢模结构的设计优化、生产关键技术控制等内容,为类似工程提供借鉴。In order to promote the integrated construction technology of shield backfilling, this paper studies the synchronous prefabrication construction technology of the structure under the rail of shield tunnel. Combined with the project of synchronous prefabrication of subrail structures in China for the first time in the field of railway, this paper summarizes in detail the construction organization of subrail prefabricated blocks, optimization of steel mold structure design, and control of key production technologies, providing reference for similar projects.
