摘　　要：目的 探讨经下颌孔后升支垂直截骨的下颌骨外旋入路切除颞下窝肿瘤的效果。方法 对2014年4月至2017年8月7例经下颌孔后升支垂直截骨的下颌骨外旋入路切除的颞下窝肿瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 7例患者手术均顺利完成,未出现术后并发症,随访2~24个月,无1例复发。结论 下颌孔后升支垂直截骨的下颌骨外旋入路可充分暴露颞下窝肿瘤,且手术创伤小、术后并发症少,是切除颞下窝肿瘤安全有效的术式。Objective To investigate the effect of mandibular swing approach by vertical osteotomy of posterior mandibular foramen for the resection of infratemporal fossa tumors. Methods The clinical data of 7 patients with infratemporal fossa tumors resected by mandibular swing approach by vertical osteotomy of posterior mandibular foramen from April 2014 to August 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Surgeries in all patients had been finished smoothly,and no obvious complication occured.Followed up from two months to 24 months,no recurrence was found in all the patients.Conclusion Mandibular swing approach by vertical osteotomy via posterior mandibular foramen can fully expose the tumor of infratemporal fossa, and this surgical approach would cause less trauma and less postoperative complications.It is a safe and effective method for the resection of infratemporal fossa tumors.
