摘 要:目的 运用T-ScanⅢ数字化咬合分析系统分别记录下个别正常合和正畸后[牙合]在咬合过程中的咬合变化,比较两者咬合差异,对临床错颌畸形的治疗提供指导。方法 采用T-ScanⅢ咬合分析仪分别记录10例个别正常[牙合]受试者与10例正畸结束受试者的咬合数据(正中颌位、前伸颌位、侧[牙合]颌位的前后牙[牙合]力百分比平均值、[牙合]力不对称指数、[牙合]力中心点最大位移、咬合接触时间、咬合分离时间),并对其进行t检验分析。结果 正畸组在左右侧伸颌的咬合分离时间明显比非正畸组延长,正畸组前牙区咬合力比非正畸组有所降低。其余咬合力参数测量对比结果无明显差异(P<0.05)。结论 T-Scan系统能较为准确直观的表达咬合力参数,为指导临床治疗提供可靠依据。正畸与非正畸组在咬合分离及前后牙咬合力分布的变化需引起重视。Objective To record the occlusal function change of individual normal occlusion and occlusion after orthodontic treatment by T-Scan Ⅲ computerized occlusalanalysissystem,so as to compare the differences and to provide guidance for clinic. Methods T-Scan Ⅲ computerized occlusal analysis system was used to record the average percentage of occlusal forces of anterior teeth (APAT), the average percent of occlusal forces of molar teeth (APMT),asymmetry index of occlusal force (AOF),enter of force (COF),maximal movement of COF (MMCOF),occlusal time(OT),disclusion time(DT) of 10 subjects with individual normal occlusion and 10 subjects after orthodontic treatment,and T test was used for statistical analysis. Results The occlusal separation time of the right and left extensor jaw in the orthodontic group was significantly longer than that in the non-orthodontic group;the biting force of the anterior teeth in the orthodontic group was lower than that in the non-orthodontic group . There was no significant difference in the other bite force parameters(< 0.05). Conclusion T-scan system can express bite force parameters accurately and intuitively, providing reliable basis for guiding clinical treatment. In the orthodontic and non-orthodontic group, it is necessary to pay attention to the changes of occlusal separation time and the distribution of the biting force.
