摘 要:目的 椰毒假单胞菌酵米面亚种的分布和传播情况。方法 对59份样品进行细菌分离与鉴定,用限制性内切酶SpeI酶切17株椰酵假单胞菌染色体DNA以进行脉冲电泳(PFGE)分析。结果 采集样品59份,分离鉴定出椰酵假单胞菌14株,检出率为23.73%,17株菌的PFGE图谱的相似性系数在53.6%~100%之间,经聚类分析得到14个PFGE型别。结论 云南省部分地区椰酵假单胞菌污染严重,存在食品安全隐患,应进一步从食品源头加强卫生监测;PFGE带型呈多样性,对今后云南省椰毒假单胞菌酵米面亚种引起食物中毒的诊断和溯源有重要意义。Objective To understand the distribution and spreading of Pseudomonas cocovenenans subsp. Farinofermentans. Methods Specimen(n = 59) were employed to isolate and the isolates were digested with restriction endonucleases Spe I. The pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) patterns of the samples(n = 17) were analyzed. Results 59 specimen were isolated,with an detection rate of 23.73%. Totally 14 PFGE types were obtained among the 17 strains through cluster analysis. The similarity coefficient of the PFGE atlas was in the range of 53.6 ~ 100%. Conclusion The food in some areas of Yunnan Province was seriously polluted by Pseudomonas cocovenenans subsp. Farinofermentans,causing a food security risk. It is necessary to strengthen supervision of food sources. The diversity of PFGE bands was of great significance to the diagnose and derivation work of the food-poisoning.
