摘 要:目的 探讨C-MYC基因、hTERC基因在宫颈病变中与HPV病毒感染的关联性。方法 宫颈癌筛查患者均行HC2-HPV及C-MYC基因检测,任何具有阳性结果的患者均通过病理组织学检查作为诊断金标准。结果 在正常对照组、CINⅠ、CINⅡ/CINⅢ、ICC组中,C-MYC基因的显现率各组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随组织病变的严重度的增加,C-MYC基因呈阳性扩增和SPR-HPV检出阳性率均有不同水平的上升,且二者呈正相关。结论 hTERC基因、C-MYC基因的不正常扩增和HPV感染与宫颈恶性病的发生密切相关。hTERC和c-MYC的不正常扩增率随组织病变的严重度增加而增加。两者之间互补,适用于宫颈病变的早起筛查和高级别病变风险的预估。Objective To study the correlation between c-MYC gene and hTERC gene and HPV infection in cervical lesions. Methods Patients with cervical cancer screening were performed for detection of SPR-HPV and C-MYC gene. Any positive results should be carried out cervical biopsy.Pathological results were the gold standard for diagnosis in packet.Result The differences of the expression of C-MYC gene and hTERC gene were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The C-MYC gene and hTERC gene had amplified and the positive rate of SPR-HPV had increased, when the pathological tissue lesions aggravated. Both were positively correlated.Conclusion The abnormal amplification of C-MYC gene and hTERC gene is closely related to HPV infection in the development of cervical cancer. hTERC gene and c-MYC gene detected by FISH can be applied in screening of cervical cancer and assessment of the risks of progressing to high-grade lesions.
