摘　　要：“互联网+”正以一种摧枯拉朽的态势,重塑着经济结构和产业面貌。“互联网+”以移动互联网为基础,通讯信息技术为辅助,与传统的各个行业进行跨界融合,形成一种新的经济形态。嘉兴家纺业是我国重要的产业集群,有着自身优势,但也面临着严峻的挑战。论文提出只有利用“互联网+”思维改造嘉兴家纺业,重塑产业链、服务链、资金链等,才能使嘉兴家纺业实现智慧转型升级。同时,电子商务平台的搭建、机器换人、个性化定制、柔性生产与服务、精益化生产、创新技术、创强品牌等策略的实施也是今后嘉兴家纺业必经的历程。"Internet +" is reinventing the economic structure and industry in an irresistible trend."Internet +" takes the mobile internet as the foundation,the communication and information technology as the auxiliary,and crossover with traditional industries to form a new economic form. Jiaxing household textile industry is an important industrial cluster in China,which has its own advantages,but also faces severe challenges. The paper proposes that only by using "internet +" thinking to transform Jiaxing's household textile industry,reshape the industrial chain,service chain and capital chain can we realize the transformation and upgrading of Jiaxing's household textile industry. At the same time,the implementation of strategies such as building e-commerce platform,machine replacement,personalized customization,flexible production and service,lean production,innovative technology,and creating a strong brand is also the inevitable course of Jiaxing household textile industry in the future.
