摘 要:目的 对上海市某院校附属医院2011—2018年护理人员配置情况进行分析研究。方法 利用 SPSS 22.0 和 Excel软件对护理人员职称分布、学历(学位)结构设置、床护比、医护比、离职率进行描述性分析。结果 护理人员总量稳步增长,增幅较为稳定;医护比、床护比均高于国家标准;护士离职率低于国家标准。结论 护理人员配置尚可,护士稳定性居于可控范围内,学历职称正在逐步提升。Objective: The nursing staff allocation in a affiliated hospital of a university in Shanghai from 2011 to 2018 was analyzed. Method: SPSS22.0 and Excel software were used to conduct descriptive analysis on title distribution,educational background(degree) structure setting,bed nursing ratio,doctor and nurse ratio and the turnover rate of nursing staff. Result: The total number of nursing staff increased steadily and the increase was relatively stable.The ratio of doctor and nurse,and bed care was higher than national standard.The turnover rate of nurses is lower than national standard. Conclusion: The nursing staff configuration is alright,the stability of nurses is in the controllable range,and the academic title is being gradually improved.
