摘　　要：卵巢原发性神经内分泌恶性肿瘤极其罕见,本文回顾性分析1例卵巢原发性肺型小细胞癌的临床病理资料并复习总结相关文献。卵巢原发性肺型小细胞癌目前国内外仅有40例报道。病理形态学显示肿瘤细胞大多呈小圆形,胞质少,核深染,核仁不明显,呈片状、巢状、岛状、小梁状排列。神经内分泌标志物CD56,CgA,Syn和上皮源性标志物EMA,CK(AE1/AE3),TTF-1的阳性表达及Vimentin的阴性结果有助于诊断。治疗方案主要是手术辅助化疗,大多数患者在诊断后2年内死亡。Primary malignant neuroendocrine tumors of the ovary are extremely rare. The current study retrospectively analyzed the clinicopathological data of a case of primary ovarian small cell carcinoma of pulmonary type and reviewed the relevant literatures. Only 40 cases of primary ovarian small cell carcinoma of pulmonary type have been reported. Pathological morphology showed that most of the tumors were small round cells with few cytoplasm, hyperchromatic nuclei and no obvious nucleoli, arranged in sheets, nests, islands and trabeculae. The positive expression of the neuroendocrine markers CD56, CgA, Syn and epithelial-derived markers EMA, CK (AE1/AE3), TTF-1 and negative results of Vimentin are helpful for diagnosis. The treatment is mainly surgery with chemotherapy and most patients died within 2 years after diagnosis.
