摘 要:本文首先对人群拥挤踩踏事故的发生场所进行了统计,通过对场所的特征分析,总结了学校、宗教场所、体育场所、街道、歌舞娱乐场所、地铁站、公园、大型商场等人群容易聚集场所的事故高危点。然后对楼梯、过道、坡面、桥梁、出入口、地下通道等高危点进行了详尽的分析,并对高危点的特点进行了总结,分析了高危点的危险度。本文的统计与分析结果能够为人群聚集活动的安全预案制定、高危点识别、安保人员设置等提供客观的参考。In this paper, the places where the crowd stampede accidents happened were counted, and the highrisk spots that is liable to accident in schools, religious places, stadiums, streets, song and dance entertainment venues, subway stations, parks, large shopping malls and other places were concluded. Then high-risk spots such as stairs, aisles, slopes, bridges, entrances and exits, and underground passages(tunnels) were detailed analyzed. The statistics and analysis results can provide a helpful reference for the identification of high-risk spots of crowd gathering activities, the formulation of safety plans and the setting of security personnel.
