摘 要:基于层次分析法建立了高校学科建设成员绩效考核评估模型,即首先从教育教学、科研科技和思想政治等三个主要指标入手,分层建立各主要指标下的分指标,进而构建学科建设成员绩效考核评估指标体系;再通过各层指标的重要性两两比较,分层建立判断矩阵;并确定各层评估指标体系的权重和进行一致性检验,进而建立评估数学模型。基于该模型对某高校学科建设成员绩效评估进行了实证分析,为高校学科建设成员的评估问题提供了有效依据。Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the performance appraisal evaluation model of discipline construction members in colleges and universities is established. Firstly, it starts with three main indicators: education, teaching, scientific research and ideological and political, and establishes the sub-indicators under each main index to build the assessment and evaluation index system for the performance of discipline construction members. Then through the comparison of the importance of each layer of indicators, the judgment matrix is established hierarchically;the weight of each evaluation index system and the consistency test are determined, and then the evaluation mathematical model is established. Based on the model, an empirical analysis of the performance evaluation of a discipline construction member in a university is provided, which provides an effective basis for the evaluation of the discipline construction members in colleges and universities.
