加减援绝方治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究加减援绝方治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选取我院200例溃疡性结肠炎患者,分为对照组与试验组,每组各100例。对照组采用美沙拉嗪片口服4g/d或美沙拉嗪栓2g/d。试验组在对照组治疗基础上应用加减援绝方口服,比较2组患者临床症状、肠镜表现及临床疗效。结果:治疗2个月后,经改良的Mayo评分判定,试验组治疗有效率显著优于对照组,患者在腹痛及脓血便症状改善上也优于对照组(均P<0.05),而腹泻症状改善及肠黏膜愈合情况比较,2组间无显著性差异。结论:加减援绝方联合美沙拉嗪治疗溃疡性结肠炎的短期疗效确切,相比单纯应用西药疗效更为显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Jiajian Yuanjue preion in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:Two hundred patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital from Apr.2018 to Jun.2019 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into control group and experimental group,with 100 patients in each group.The control group was treated with mesalazine tablets for 4 g/d or mesalazine suppository for 2 g/d.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the experimental group was treated with Jiajian Yuanjue preion.The clinical symptoms,colonoscopic findings and treatment effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After 2 months of treatment,according to the modified Mayo score,the treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the improvement of abdominal pain and purulent stool symptoms of the experimental group were also better than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of ulcerative colitis with Jianjian Yuanjue preion combined with mesalazine can significantly improve the short-term treatment effect.The combination was relatively valuable in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
