摘　　要：开发一个良好的信息系统首先需要一个好的规划,针对传统的企业系统规划法的一些缺点,提出了一种改进的方法,即结合业务流程再造的企业系统规划法。该方法利用Petri网对工作流程进行仿真再造,最终分离出业务流程中的各个企业过程,在实际应用中已经取得了理想的效果。For developing a perfect information system,it is important to work out the system planning properly.To im-prove the traditional business system planning(BSP)approach,a novel approach is proposed and named BSP based on BPR,The proposed approach makes use of the Petri net and is applied to a practical project.With the aid of Petri net,after simulating and reengineering the work flow,a better business process is obtained.
