青光眼滤过术后前房恢复持续性低眼压的治疗

摘　　要：目的　观察青光眼滤过术后持续性低眼压 ( <1 0mmHg)对视功能的影响。方法　回顾滤过术后前房恢复的持续性低眼压病例 ,分析其原因、影响视力因素、低眼压及并发症的治疗及预防措施。结果　 51 61 %眼球组织和功能无明显改变 ;48 3 9%因散光、白内障加重及低眼压性黄斑病变而引起视力障碍 ,通过治疗大部分病例视力提高。结论　滤过性术后前房恢复的低眼压不同程度的影响眼视功能 ,低眼压的持续时间决定低眼压纠正后的视力预后。OBJECTIVE To observe influence of persistent ocula hypotony(<10mmHg) to visual function after filtering surgery in the glaucoma METHODS Data of patients with glaucoma after filtering surgery were reviewed, which had has persistent ocular hypotony with regained anterior chamber after filtering surgery Pathogeny, factors of influence visual acuity, ocular hypotony, its complications, treatment and prevention were analyzed RESULTS There were not obvious changes of eyeball tissues and functions in 51 6% of patients Most of 48 39% patients with visual acuity impairment because of astigmatism, aggravated cataract and ocular hypotony maculopathy gained promotion of visual acuity by treatment CONCLUSIONS Persistent ocular hypotony with regained anterior chamber after filtering surgery would affect visual function to some extent Duration of ocular hypotony decide prognosis of visual acuity after recovery Persistent ocular hypotony after filtering surgery could be prevented , and visual acuity could be improved by effective therapy
