摘　　要：近些年,我国科学技术研究取得了卓越进展。但总体来说,我国科学研究与世界先进国家仍有很大差距,技术创新在提升国际竞争力方面的作用也远未发挥出来。本文在充分注意到已有相关实践和学术成果后,给出了基于国际竞争力提升环境下的我国技术创新的一系列相应建设性对策。research and development in China had made rapid progress for past severa l years.However,on the whole there is still a great gap betwe en science research in China and that of the advanced countries.Technolo gy innovation is not brought into full p lay in raising China' s international competitive edge.T his article recommends a series corresponding strategies wi th the help of some practical experie nce and academic achievements.
