摘　　要：从战略性创新管理的角度出发 ,讨论各类创新组织的特点及其与创新管理的相关关系 ,提出创新管理过程中创新组织再造的实施模型 ,并分析企业技术创新过程中创新组织选择需注意的问题。From the view-point of strategic innovation management,it studys the characteristics of various innovation organizations and their interrelationships with the innovation management. Then,it puts forward a practical model on how to successfully implement the organization reengineering in the process of innovation management. Finally,it analyzes some key factors for the successful building of the innovation organization.
