摘　　要：教学与科研同为高等学校的中心任务 ,任何一方都不能忽视。本科教学是高等教育的主体和基础 ,因此 ,在高等教育大众化的今天 ,更有必要进一步审视教学与科研的关系。搞科研不能以牺牲教学为代价 ,应在整个高等教育体系的宏观层面上构筑一个教学与科研协调发展。Teaching and research are both the main tasks of higher education institutes,neither should be neglected. Undergraduate teaching is the foundation of higher education, so it is necessary to further review the ralationship between teaching and research whenmass higher education is developing nowadays. A multi-structured higher education system should be constructed, which is coordinated with both teaching and research on the grand view of the whole higher education system instead of abandoning teaching .
