摘　　要：引入广义曲面积分的概念 ,并讨论在闭合曲面上有奇点的条件下 ,电场穿过闭合曲面的电通量 ,从而给出高斯定理的一个推广 .The concept of improper surface integral was introduced. The singular point of a closed surface is introduced, and the electric flux electric field piereing through closed surface was illustrated. As a result an extension of Gauss Theorem was drawn.
